Sales tax exemption

Farmers and corporations who qualify for exemption of Minnesota Sales Tax on electricity used in agricultural production should contact our office. By completing a Fuels and Energy Exemption Certificate and filing it with the Cooperative, on the non-exempt amount of sales tax will be calculated on your energy statement each month.
