Each year Steele-Waseca Cooperative Electric has the opportunity to nominate a high school teacher from our Service Area to be selected to attend the Lignite Energy Council's teacher seminar. More than 100 teachers attended last year's seminar entitled "Lignite - Our Regional Resource: Energy, Economics and Environment"
